Why I Stopped Going To Church-Kofi Mole

According to a poll a massive percentage of younger people are leaving the church in droves. It seems like masses of people feel the same way about it as I do.

They are realizing they can listen to sermons online and even watch them live on Sunday mornings from the comfort of their own home.

Most people are leaving the church because it is not meeting their needs.
Some of us were born into church going families and grew up attending a particular church all through our childhood know the disaffection we sometimes feel towards the church whenever the church doesn't come through for us when we needed them.

Even when you think you’re doing your very best to contribute to the success of the church, you might sometimes lose that motivation because your effort goes unappreciated.

Taking to Twitter to share his truth,Kofi Mole a Ghanaian Rapper explained why he stopped going to church.

Somehow, the church forgot the story of the shepherd who left his herd to go look for the one lost sheep.

We hope Kofi reconnects with God if he hasn’t already.

Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works. And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.
Hebrews 10:24–25
